Track Your Order

Every Ladora London order is trackable from the moment it leaves us. Here's how to find yours.

1. Check your shipping confirmation email

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Clicking that link is the fastest way to see where your parcel is.

Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, and search your inbox for Ladora London.

2. Track from your account

You can also view every order you've placed, along with its current status and tracking details, from your account:

Sign in with the email address you used at checkout — we'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.

When will tracking start moving?

Handling time: 0–1 business days
Transit time: 5-11 business days
Estimated delivery: 6-12 business days

A tracking number can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after you receive it. If your tracking looks stuck at “label created” for a day or two, that's normal — the carrier simply hasn't scanned the parcel into their network yet.
